By accessing and using evoircouture.store you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms please do not use our website.

3.1 Product Descriptions We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible including colors, sizing and descriptions. However we cannot guarantee that your device screen accurately displays exact colors or dimensions.

3.2 Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.

3.3 Pricing All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

3.4 Pricing Errors If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

3.5 Product Modifications We reserve the right to modify discontinue or update any product or service without notice at any time.

4. Orders

4.1 Order Acceptance Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorised or in violation of these terms.

4.2 Order Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee product availability or shipment.

4.3 Order Cancellation Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours your order may already be processing or shipped and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately at support@evoircouture.store with CANCEL in the subject line.

4.4 Order Modifications We are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. If you need to make changes please cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

6. Shipping

6.1 Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

6.3 Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier issues, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.4 Lost Packages If your package is confirmed lost in transit please contact us at support@evoircouture.store within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.

6.5 Wrong Address We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship to a corrected address.

6.6 Customs and Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 90 Day Guarantee We offer a 90 day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will offer a full refund or exchange.

7.2 Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging where applicable
  • Returned within 90 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

7.3 Non Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons
  • Digital or downloadable products

7.4 Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

7.5 Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

8. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color where stock is available. Contact us within 90 days of delivery at support@evoircouture.store with your order number and exchange details.

9.1 Our Content All content on evoircouture.store including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, videos and software is the property of Evoir Couture™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

9.2 Prohibited Use You may not:

  • Sell or redistribute any of our products or content

If informal resolution fails both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Wyoming United States before pursuing any court action.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, carrier disruptions or internet outages.
