We stand behind every product in our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will offer you a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
RETURNS
Am I eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Requested within 90 days of delivery date ✅ Item is unused and in original condition ✅ Item is in original packaging where applicable ✅ Proof of purchase provided — order number or confirmation email
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:
❌ Items that have been worn, washed or altered ❌ Items without original packaging ❌ Final sale or clearance items ❌ Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons ❌ Digital products and downloadable items ❌ Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How do I start a return?
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at support@evoircouture.store
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected we will process your refund or exchange
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item arrived defective
- You received the wrong item
In these cases we will cover the full return shipping cost and send you a prepaid return label.
REFUNDS
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.

I have not received my refund yet. What should I do?
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or card provider as processing times can vary
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund contact us at support@evoircouture.store and we will investigate immediately
EXCHANGES
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color where stock is available. Contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and the details of the exchange you would like and we will take care of it.
What if my size is out of stock?
If your requested size or color is not available we will offer you a full refund or store credit to use on a future purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
What if my item arrived damaged?
We are so sorry if this happened. Please contact us at support@evoircouture.store within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A clear photo of the packaging
We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no cost to you.
What if I received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize for the error. Contact us at support@evoircouture.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We will send the correct item immediately and cover all shipping costs.
CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours your order may already be processing or shipped and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
To cancel contact us immediately at support@evoircouture.store with your order number and CANCEL in the subject line.
