Our Promise

At Evoir Couture™ we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with love. 🤍


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched
  • During peak seasons and sale periods processing may take up to 3 business days

All delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment not the date of order. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use your tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.

How to track your order:

  1. Check your email for your shipping confirmation
  2. Copy your tracking number
  3. Visit one of the following tracking platforms:

Tracking numbers may take 2 to 5 business days to activate after your order ships.


5. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are:

  • The sole responsibility of the customer
  • Not included in our product prices or shipping fees
  • Determined by your local customs authority
  • Required to be paid before your package is released for delivery

We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


6. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items they may be shipped separately from different locations and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However we are unable to ship to certain restricted regions due to carrier limitations or local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.


8. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance processing
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions or strikes
  • Public holidays in origin or destination country
  • High volume periods such as Christmas and Black Friday
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window please contact us at support@evoircouture.store and we will investigate on your behalf.


9. Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date please contact us immediately at support@evoircouture.store with your order number. We will:

  • Open an investigation with the carrier
  • Provide updates throughout the investigation process
  • Offer a full replacement or refund once the investigation is complete

Investigation timelines vary by carrier but typically take 7 to 14 business days.


10. Stolen or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management in case it was left with them
  2. Check all entry points of your home — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots
  3. Check if a delivery notice was left for collection at a local post office
  4. Wait 24 to 48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered before physical arrival

If you have checked all of the above and still cannot locate your package contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate immediately.

Note: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package or requesting a safe drop location with your carrier.


11. Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address contact us immediately at support@evoircouture.store. We can only update addresses within 24 hours of order placement before the order is processed and shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


12. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts with no response
  • Refused delivery by recipient
  • Customs rejection

We will contact you by email to arrange reshipment or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
